Teens have their own space at the South Londonderry Library. Grades 6th-12th are especially invited to serve as a library volunteer. Volunteers choose how they want to volunteer, what books and furniture they want in the teen room, come up with programs for their peers, and generally just hang out. All are welcome!
Every spring and fall Burr and Burton Academy sends a group of high schoolers to volunteer for the day. If you'd like your school to help out as well, send me and email at [email protected]. |
